(If you have a scanned image of your receipt, you can attach the file with your post)

All notified payment will be on hold until we receive the complete payment from your bank.
We will keep your order active and it won’t be cancelled.
We also like to inform you that we extended the payment waiting period from 3 business days to 5 business days.

Once the payment has been received, we will confirm your payment in our database and an automated payment confirmation e-mail will be sent to you directly.
Please keep in mind that your order will go under preparation once the full payment has been received.
