1st pre-order: From May 30th To June 4th (Shipment for non make-up orders will start on August 1st. Shipment for make-up orders will be finished by last of August.)
2nd pre-order: From June 5th to June 10th (Shipment for non make-up orders will start on August 5th. Shipment for make-up orders will be finished by mid September.)

Please make sure that any return or refund is not allowed for following reasons;
※ Please note that the other heads beside above are not available to order.
※ Please note that color difference may happen with your parts if you order head or body parts only. Any exchange or refund is not possible for this color difference. We recommend ordering the head and body together if you are sensitive to the colors.
※ Please note that sanding work is not possible for Baked skin dolls, so removing the marbling, tiny dots or parting lines, etc on skin is not possible. Also, basic sanding (ex: gate mark removal) will cause inevitable color difference.
※ We need very long production period like 40-60 business days since we produce each order by itself. Please kindly make sure this point and place the order when you agree with this schedule.
